Here at PRF Creatives we never make the same bag twice, making every bag and purse unique.
This beautiful, handcrafted evening purse has been designed and made by PRF Creatives for those who want a bit of luxury without the price tag. Created with boucle fabric from Linton Tweed.
Linton Tweeds, based in Carlise, create fabric for the haute courture industry. They made short runs of fabric and many can be seen being used by Christian Dior, YSL, Jean Paul Gautier, Karen Millen, Kate Spade and many other high end fashion houses. I've been lucky enough to get some off-cuts from fabrics to make fabulous small bags and purses with.
This evening purse comes with a detachable chain over 1m long, making it comfortable to wear on your shoulder or to be carried by hand. The pinky-raspberry thread running through the boucle give it a delicate and feminine appearance, while the boucle threads give it the hint of robustness that you want from a purse that you want to keep for along time.
The purse is lined with a vintage flower patterned cotton. The outer tweed is a cotton mix. The purse has been hand sewn onto the clasp. The purse is 16cm (6.5inches) long by 13cm (5 inches( wide. The chain length is 110cm minimum.
